1 1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup almond flour If you don’t have almond flour just grind almond
3 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 tsp salt
11 Tbsp butter Cut in small pieces!
Grind it. Use a grinder to grind sesame seeds.
If you don’t have almond flour, grind almonds as well.
SECOND:
Combine it. Put all of the ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Combine them with your hands to a crumply dough.
Stop working the dough when you can press some of the crumbly dough together and it holds together.
Do not knead the dough.
THIRD:
Shape them. Take a small amount of dough and press it into size of a pingpong ball.
Flatten this little ball with your palms.
Smooth edges with your fingers.
Place your cookie on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
BAKE THEM!
Bake them. Bake them at 350°F for 18-20 minutes or until they turn slightly brown.
Let them cool on a rack.
