LET'S START:
Prepare: Separate egg we need only egg white.
Reserve 2 tsp egg white for egg white wash later on. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Preheat oven 350°F.
SECOND:
Beat it: Beat egg whites until soft peak.
Set a side.
THIRD:
Combine and fold: Combine almond flour, sugar, corn starch, almond extract.
Add egg white just fold it in.
FOURTH:
Shape and bake: Take a spoon and scoop out a bit of dough.
Put onto the prepared baking sheet.
Decorate with almonds.
Brush reserved egg white on top.
Bake them for 20 minutes or until golden color.
Let them cool on rack.
