2 1/4 tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup almond flour
2 egg white
8 tbsp unsalted butterroom temperature
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolk
100 ml heavy cream
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
Prepare. Grind sesame seeds.
Separate eggs.
Grease the loaf pan with butter and flour.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Beat it. Beat egg white using hand mixer until soft peak.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat until stiff peak.
THIRD:
Mix and beat it. In a large bawl place the butter beat until creamy.
Add 1/4 cup sugar and beat it until well mixed.
Beat egg yolk one by one then add cream.
Add sesame, almond flour and combine it using a spatula.
Shift flour and baking powder into the mixture.
Add meringue 1/3 at a time and just fold it in.
FORTH:
Pour it. Pour the batter into prepared loaf pan.
BAKE IT!
Bake it. Bake it for 50 minutes.
Cake is ready when you insert a skewer in the middle of the cake and it comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes. Then take the cake out of the loaf pan and let it cool on a rack.
EAT IT.
Enjoy with coffee or tea. Serve it for afternoon tea time or even breakfast.
