    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 tbsp butter melted
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup granny smith apple about one peeled cored and chopped

LET'S START:

Prepare:
Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
Melt butter.
Chopp apples.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
Preheat oven to 350°F.

SECOND:

Cream it.
Place eggs, granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
Beat it with a hand mixer for 2 minutes or until pale and creamy.

THIRD:

Mix it.
Add melted butter, milk, vanilla extract and just combine.
Add flour, salt, baking powder and mix it with low speed.
Add apple and fold them in with a spatula.

FOURTH:

Layer it.
Put half of batter into the prepared pan .
Sprinkle half of the sugar mixture on it.
Then pour the other half of batter in the pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the sugar mixture on top.

FIFTH:

Swirl it.
Take a knife and cut a 1/2 inch deep swirl into the dough.
Make first a zick zack line from left to right.
Then a do the opposite.

BAKE IT:

Bake it.
Bake it for 50 minutes.
Insert the wooden skewer in the middle when it comes out clean, it’s done.

Take the cake out of the oven.

Let it sit for 30 minutes before removing the pan.

Then remove pan and let it cool completely on a rack.

EAT IT.

It's teatime.
