For Apple Tart Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
8 tbsp butter
1/4 cup iced water
For Apple Tart Filling:
4 apples
3 tbsp sugarplus 1 tsp for sprinkling
1 small lemon lemon juice only
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp buttercut in small pieces

LET'S START:
Make the dough. Mix together flour, sugar, butter for a few second using food processor. Add iced water and blend until dough is coming together. Wrap the dough into plastic wrap. Cool it for 2 hours or more.
SECOND:
Two plus hours later.
Take the dough out from the refrigerator. Peel and slice the apples. Place slices into large bowl. Add sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon. Toss them together. Set aside.
BAKE IT.
Bake it. Preheat oven 375°F. Grease 9” tart pan or dish with butter and flour. Roll dough to a round shape and put it into the baking dish. Use cut off dough for decoration. Sprinkle some flour over the dough crust. Place apple slices onto the crust - without juice. Place decoration on top. Sprinkle 1 tsp sugar and butter pieces over it. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown on the edge.
TEA TIME!
Serve your Apple Tart. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped cream and your favorite tea.
