Banana Bread
Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
1 1/4 cup
whole-wheat flour
1 tsp
baking soda
Pinch of
salt
8 tbsp
unsalted butter
room temperature
1/3 cup
brown sugar
3
ripe bananas
2
eggs
1/2 cup
walnuts

LET'S START:
Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place whole-wheat flour, baking soda and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Whisk it and set aside.
SECOND:
Mix it:
Place butter and sugar in a large bowl.
Beat it with a stand mixer until blended.
THIRD:
Add eggs:
Add eggs and beat it.
Scrape the butter around the attachment and side of the bowl.
Beat it more.
FOURTH:
Add bananas:
Add small chunks of banana.
Beat until all blended but chunky bananas should be still there.
FIFTH:
Add bananas:
Lower the speed.
Add whole-wheat flour.
Mix just to combine.
FIFTH:
Add nuts:
Add nuts and fold it with a spatula to combine.
BAKE IT!
Pour and bake.
Pour the batter into a parchment paper lined pan.
Bake it for 60 minutes or insert a toothpick in a middle when comes clean it’s ready.
Take the banana bread out from the oven.
Let it cool in a pan for 10 minutes.
Then removed the pan. Cool banana bread on a rack.
SERVE IT.
Serve it as a breakfast or afternoon teatime with your favorite tea.
