Berry Cake
Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
2 cups
flour
1 1/2 tsp
baking powder
pinch of
salt
8 tbsp
butter
softened
1/2 cup
sugar
2
large eggs
1/4 cup
sour cream
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 cup
milk
1 1/2 cup
frozen raspberries
or
blueberries

LET'S START:
Prepare.
Grease a 9" cake pan with butter and line with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Shift.
Shift flour, baking powder and pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Set aside.
THIRD:
Beat it.
Place soft butter and sugar in a large stand mixer bowl.
Beat it for 2 minutes or until sugar is no longer visible.
FOURTH:
Add and beat it.
Add an egg at a time and keep beating.
Add sour cream and vanilla extract.
Keep beating.
FIFTH:
Add and combine.
Lower the speed.
Add half of flour mixture and milk.
Just combined it.
SIXTH:
Add and fold.
Add rest of the flour and all raspberries.
Just fold it gently with spatula.
BAKE IT.
Bake it.
Pour the batter into prepared pan.
Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Or insert a toothpick in a middle when comes clean it’s done.
Let it cool in the pan.
SERVE THEM.
Serve it.
Serve the Berry Cake with your favorite tea.
