Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
6 tbsp
unsalted butter
melted
1/4 cup
sugar
2/3 cup
almond flour
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
8 oz
mixed berries
1 tsp
confectioners sugar
to serve

LET'S START:
Melt
the butter.
Butter
8x6 oval dish.
Preheat
oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Mix it.
Place sugar, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
Whisk it all together.
Add melted butter and fold it.
THIRD:
Fold it.
Add berries into the batter and just fold it.
FOURTH:
Pour it.
Pour the batter into prepared dish.
BAKE IT!
Bake it.
Bake it for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Cake is ready when you insert a skewer in the middle of the cake and it comes out clean.
SERVE IT.
It's teatime.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top of the cake.
Serve it with your favorite tea.
