1 tbsp melted butter+ more for cooking
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg- extra large
3/4 cup milk

LET'S START:
Melt butter: Place butter into a small pan and melt it over medium heat.
SECOND:
Combine & whisk: In a bowl combine whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, melted butter.
Whisk until you have a very smooth batter.
THIRD:
Make them: Heat up 1 tablespoon of batter in a nonstick frying pan - medium heat.
Drop the batter into nonstick frying pan - 3/4 tbsp at a time.
Flip them when they start to bubble and cook them for a few more minutes.
Continue until all batter is done.
SERVE THEM.
Ready to eat. I like to put on the blinis smoked salmon or caviar with sour cream.
Serve them with champagne.
