    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup milk minus 1 tbsp
1/2 cup rye flour
1/4 cup corn meal
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
1 cup raisins

LET'S START:

Prepare.
Butter and flour muffin pan.
In a measuring cup put 1 tbsp vinegar. Add milk till it reaches one cup. Let it sit for 5 minutes so it clutters. It's now buttermilk.
Preheat oven to 400°F.

SECOND:

Whisk it.
Place rye flour, corn meal, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl.
Whisk it well and set aside.

THIRD:

Whisk and mix it.
Place sugar, oil, honey, egg, milk in a large bowl whisk it until smooth.
Add the flour mixture and stir it.

FORTH:

Add and scope.
Add raisins again stir it.
Scoop the batter onto the prepared pan.

BAKE THEM!

Bake them.
Bake them for 15 minutes.
Take out from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
Then take the muffins out of the pan and let them cool on a rack.
