2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups graded carrots (About 3 carrots)
1/2 cup cup walnuts

LET'S START:
Prepare. Grease 8 1/2 inch loaf pan with butter and flour it.
Grade carrots.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Mix it. Put eggs, vanilla extract, oil, sugar in a large bowl.
Mix it well.
Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, ground cinnamon, salt, graded carrots, walnuts.
Fold everything with a spatula.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
BAKE IT!
Bake it. Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Bread is ready when you can insert a skewer in the middle of the bread and it comes out clean.
Let the bread cool for 10 minutes. Then take the bread out of the loaf pan and let it cool on a rack.
