Leftover egg wash from Galette des Rois
Graded cheeseswiss, parmesan Dry thyme Few grind of salt and pepper

LET'S START:
Use the leftovers: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place leftover puff pastry onto it .
Brush puff pastry with leftover egg wash.
Sprinkle graded cheese, thyme, salt and pepper on it.
SECOND:
Make them bite size: Cut the puff pastry randomly.
Let them be all different shapes.
BAKE THEM:
Bake them: Bake it for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool for 10 minutes.
