Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
15 oz
can chickpeas
drained
1
onion small
roughly chopped
2
garlic cloves
roughly chopped
1/2 cup
cilantro
roughly chopped
2 tbsp
tahini
1 tsp
cumin
1/2 tsp
salt
1
egg
1/4 cup
flour
1/3 cup
panko

LET'S START:
Prepare.
Preheat oven 350°F.
Place drained chickpeas, onion, garlic, cilantro, tahini, cumin salt in a food processor.
Process it for 1 minute or until smooth paste.
SECOND:
Add and mix.
Place the chickpea paste in a medium bowl.
Add egg, flour and panko.
Just to stir it.
If it’s sticky add some flour or panko.
BAKE THEM!
Shape them, bake them.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Scoop the chickpea paste with a tablespoon and make it into a date shape using your clean hands.
Place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle oil on the top of them.
Bake them for 30 minutes or until bottom is golden brown.
SERVE THEM.
Serve them as an appetizer with a sour cream dip.
