    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

Chocolate Layer:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 oz 70% cocoa dark chocolate chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
pinch of salt

Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg room temperature

LET'S START:

Prepare.
Preheat oven to 325°F.

Line 9” square baking pan with a parchment paper.

Place butter, chocolate, sugar in a double boiler over simmering water until melt.

Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time.
Whisk it.

SECOND:

Add and mix.
Add flour and salt.
Mix it with a spatula.
Take out 1/2 cup of the batter and set aside.

THIRD:

Cheesecake layer.
Place cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and egg in a medium bowl.
Beat it with a magic stick until creamy.

FOURTH:

Pour it.
Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared baking pan.
Then pour the cheesecake mixture on top of the chocolate batter.

BAKE IT!

Swirl and bake it.
Take the remaining chocolate batter and spoon little dots on top of the cheesecake mixture.

With a toothpick swirl around the cake.
Have fun with it and make an interesting marble pattern.

Bake it for 20-25 minutes.
Don’t over bake it.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
Then transfer to a rack to cool completely before you cut it.

SERVE IT.
