Mix it until combined.

Knead it. Add salt, flour, melted butter.
Knead it using dough hook for 5 minutes.
FORTH:
Knead and let it rise. Take out the dough and put it onto a lightly floured surface.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a warm draft free area for 90 minutes.
FIFTH:
Make smile shaped Crescent Rolls. Punch dough down, put on floured surface and cut in half.
1. Roll each half like a round pizza dough. So you have two 12 inches circles.
2. Cut each circle in 8 slices, like a pizza.
3. Take one slice and sprinkel chopped chocolate over it.
3. Roll the slice from bottom up.
5. Shape the roll to a 'smiley'.
6. Place roll on prepared baking sheet. Make sure the triangle tip is underneath it.
7. Repeat and make 16 chocolate crescents rolls.
Cover chocolate crescents rolls with a dishcloth and let sit for 20 minutes in warm, draft-free area.
SIXTH:
Brush the Chocolate Crescent Rolls. Preheat oven to 390°F.
Make egg wash by beating one egg yolk.
Brush the Chocolate Crescent Rolls with the egg wash.
BAKE THEM!
