Prepare: Place flour, cocoa power, sugar, pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
Mix it with your hands.
Add butter.
Using your hands, press the butter into the flour mixture until dough comes together.
SECOND:
Shape it. Put dough onto flat surface and shape it into a roll.
It should be 1 1/2 inches round and 8 inches long.
Wrap this roll with plastic wrap.
Rest your dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
THIRD:
Cut them. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Unwrap dough and cut it in 1/4 inch thin slices.
Place them onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
BAKE THEM:
Bake them. Bake them for 20 minutes.
Then let them cool on rack.
Meanwhile melt chocolate and spoon chocolate over on the top of shortbread cookies.
Freeze them until you serve.

Decorate them. Melt chocolate.
Spoon melted chocolate onto the top of shortbread cookies.
Freeze them until you serve them.
