1 stick of butter
3 once dark chocolate 70% cocoa
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract Walnuts (optional) 7 inches cake form - greased with butter and slightly floured
Melt it. Using a non stick pan or double boiler melt butter, chocolate, sugar.
Stir. Prevent it from boiling. Turn off the heat.
Let chocolate mixture cool slightly
Preheat oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Mix it. Put beaten eggs, flour and vanilla extract into the chocolate mixture.
Mix well with spatula.
THIRD:
Pour it. Place cake form on deep baking sheet.
Pour chocolate mixture into buttered and flowered cake form.
Take some walnuts and press them lightly in. Optional.
BAKE IT!
Bake it. Back for 15 minutes exact. Not even a second longer.
EAT IT.
Enjoy like it is or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
