Prepare: Place 1 cup of heavy cream in a sauce pan.
Bring to a boil.
In a medium bowl place egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract.
Whisk it.
SECOND:
Add and mix. Add the hot milk into the egg mixture.
Mix it well.
THIRD:
Pour and heat. Pour the mixture through the strainer back into the saucepan.
Over the medium heat cook it.
Whisk constantly until smooth cream.
Put a spoon in to the mixture. It is ready when the cream sticks to the spoon.
