Prepare. Preheat the oven 425°F.
Place butter into cast iron pan.
Put the pan into the oven until butter is melted.
Don't let the butter burn.
SECOND:
Whisk it. Put eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar and flour in a medium size bowl.
Whisk all together until smooth.
BAKE IT!
Bake it. Take out the hot pan. Be careful when you take it out.
Handle is extremely hot. Slowly pour batter into the pan.
Put pan back into the oven bake it for 20 minutes. Then lower the heat to 300°F and bake it for another 5 minutes.
Serve it right away.

EAT IT.
Serve warm with sprinkle confectioner sugar and lemon juice or cinnamon, maple syrup, honey, any fresh fruits or jam.
