Melt it. Melt butter, chocolate, sugar using a non stick pan or double boiler.
Stir.Prevent it from boiling. Turn off the heat.
SECOND:
Mix it.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
1. Separate eggs.
2. Mix egg yolk and flour.
3. Add egg yolk mixture to chocolate mixture.
4. Pour this mixture though a sieve into a bowl.
5. Beat egg white until soft and creamy.
6. Fold nicely the egg white into the chocolate mixture.
THIRD:
Prepare and pour. Grease with butter and lightly flour a 8 inch cake pan.
If you use an removable button cake pan, wrap it in foil. Place this cake pan on a deep baking sheet
Pour the chocolate mixture into the cake pan.
BAKE IT!
Bake it. Add warm water into the baking sheet.
Baking sheet should be 1/3 inch filled. Bake for 1 hour.
EAT IT.
Enjoy like it is or with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. It is a great cake for tea time.
