    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

3/4 cup milk
1 1/4 tsp gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg yolk
few drops vanilla extract
1 cup raspberries + few for decoration
1 cup heavy cream

LET'S START:

  • mousse

Mix:
Place milk, sugar, gelatin in a sauce pan.
Stir over low heat till sugar is dissolved.
Add egg yolk, vanilla extract and whisk it well.
Set aside.

SECOND:

  • mousse

Beat:
Place heavy cream, half of raspberry in a medium bowl.
Beat it with hand mixture until soft peaks form.
Add another half of the raspberries and shorty mix them to keep them chunky.

THIRD:

  • mousse

Combine:
Pour milk mixture into cream mixture to combine it.

FOURTH:

  • mousse

Pour.
Pour the mousse into glass cups or ramekins.
Decorate with raspberries.
Refrigerate for a two hours or until set.

SERVE.

  • mousse

Serve.
Serve fruit mousse after dinner as a dessert.
