    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp salt
few grind pepper
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 tbsp rosemary
8 tbsp butter room temperature

LET'S START:

  • Matcha Cookies

Prepare.
Place whole wheat flour, salt, shredded cheese, rosemary into a medium bowl.
Mix it with your hand.

Add room temperatured butter.
Press the butter into the flour mixture until all come together.

SECOND:

  • Matcha Cookies

Shape it.
Put dough onto flat surface and shape it into a 7 inches long roll.
Wrap this roll with plastic wrap.
Then roll it a few times to compact the dough a bit more.
Rest your dough in the refrigerator for one hour.

THIRD:

  • Matcha Cookies

Cut crackers.
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Unwrap dough and cut it in 1/4 inch thin slices.
You now have crackers!
Place the crackers onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

BAKE THEM!

  • Matcha Cookies

Bake them.
Bake them for 20-25 minutes.
Let them cool on rack.

EAT THEM.
