1.5 pound ripe heirloom tomatoes
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
hand full fresh basil
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp oregano
2 garlic pressed

LET'S START:
Prepare. Slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick.
Chopped all the herbs.
SECOND:
Let them sit: Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place sliced tomatoes into a large bowl.
Sprinkle salt over them.
Let them sit for 10 minutes.
THIRD:
Add and toss Drain all the juice from the bowl and discard it.
Add olive oil, basil, thyme, oregano and pressed garlic.
With your hands gently toss it together.
ROAST THEM:
Roast them. Arrange the tomatoes on a 8x11 baking dish.
Bake them for 30 minutes.
SERVE THEM.
Serve them. Serve it with bread as an appetizer or as any side dish.
