    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

1/2 cup lemon juice about 4 lemons
3 egg yolks
1/2 cup sugar
3 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup whole milk
4 tbsp butter
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipped cream for serving
chocolate for decoration

LET'S START:

  • lemonmousse

Prepare:
Make 1/2 cup lemon juice.
Separate 3 eggs.
We only need egg yolk.
With the egg white you can make financier. Recipe here

SECOND:

  • lemonmousse

Whisk, heat and cool.
Place sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, egg yolks and milk into a sauce pan.
Over medium heat whisk it until thick.
Add butter and turn off heat.
Stir till melted in.
Let it cool for a few minutes.

THIRD:

  • lemonmousse

Mix in.
Add 1 cup sour cream.
Mix it in.

FOURTH:

  • lemonmousse

Fill it.
Fill lemon mousse into glass cups
Let them rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

ENJOY:

  • lemonmousse

Enjoy it.
Whisk whipped cream and put on top of the Lemon Mousse.
Decorate with some chocolate chips or flakes.
Serve as dessert.
