Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 cup
sugar
4
eggs yolks
1/8 tsp
almond extract
7 tbsp
almond flour
6 tbsp
flour
6 tbsp
cornstarch
4
egg whites
Confectioners sugar
for decorations after bake

LET'S START:
Prepare.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Butter nad flour a 7 inch cake pan.
Separate eggs into two medium bowls.
SECOND:
Beat it.
In a large bowl place sugar and egg yolks.
Whisk it until creamy and pale in a color.
THIRD:
Add and mix it.
Add almond flour and almond extract.
Mix it with a spatula.
Set aside.
FOURTH:
Beat, shift and fold.
Beat egg whites until stiff peak.
Shift flour and cornstarch into the egg whites.
Gently fold it.
Do not over work it. Egg white should stay airy.
FIFTH:
Combine and fold.
Add egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture.
Gently fold it.
BAKE IT:
Bake it!
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake it for 40 minutes.
SERVE IT:
Serve it.
Sprinkle powder sugar on top to serve.
Serve it for your favorite tea.
