Prepare: Make 1/2 cup lime juice.
Separate 3 eggs.
We only need egg yolk.

SECOND:
Whisk, heat and cool. Place sugar, cornstarch, lime juice, egg yolks and milk into a sauce pan.
Over medium heat whisk it until thick.
Add butter and turn off heat.
Stir till melted in.
Let it cool for a few minutes.
THIRD:
Mix in. Add 1 cup sour cream.
Mix it in.
FOURTH:
Fill it. Fill lime mousse into glass cups
Let them rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
ENJOY:
Enjoy it. Whisk whipped cream and put on top of the Lime Mousse.
Decorate with some chocolate chips or flakes.
Serve as dessert.
