To mix one cocktail:
1 oz Concord grape juice
2 oz gin
1/2 oz lemon juice
1 pinch ginger powder
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp maple syrup preferably homemade over fire pit
1 oz tonic water Ice for mixing and serving

LET'S START:
Make the grape juice. Remove berries from the stem.
Put all berries into a food processor with a metal blade.
Process for 10 seconds.
SECOND:
Strain it. Put a fine mesh strainer over a bowl.
Strain everything through it.
Squeeze the last drop out of it using a spatula.
Pour grape juice into a carafe.
Refrigerate for one hour or till using.
Take the seeds, grape skin and stems and feed them to your chickens. They'll go nuts for it.
COCKTAIL HOUR:
Cocktail hour: In an ice-filled cocktail shaker add:
1 oz Concord grape juice 2 oz gin 1/2 oz lemon juice 1 pinch ginger powder 1 pinch cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp maple syrup
SHAKE & STRAIN
Shake and strain: Shake it for a minute.
Strain into an ice-filled Old-Fashioned glass.
Add 1 oz tonic water.
Stir.
