Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
4
egg yolks
3 tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
matcha powder
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 cup
light cream
2 tbsp
sugar
for caramel glaze

LET'S START:
Prepare:
Put egg yolks, sugar, vanilla extract, matcha powder in the sauce pan.
Whisk to combine.
SECOND:
Combine & whisk:
Add light cream.
Heat it up and whisk it until sugar dissolved.
Don't let it boil.
SECOND:
Strain:
Remove from heat.
Strain egg mixture into a bowl.
BAKE THEM:
Pour and bake:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pour the mixture into ramekins.
Add hot water to the baking sheet. About one inch.
Bake them for 20-30 minutes or until custard is set, but slightly soft in the middle.
Take the ramekins from the baking sheet and let them cool for 1 hour.
FOURTH:
Brûlée and serve them:
Sprinkle half tbsp of sugar on each ramekins.
Torch it until caramelized.
Serve them right away.
SERVE THEM.
Serve them with your favorite tea.
