Prepare: Place egg and sugar in a medium bowl.
Whisk it very well until pale color.
Add milk and oil.
Whisk it all together.
THIRD
Shift and fold: Shift in flour, baking powder and matcha into the egg mixture.
Fold it using spatula.
FOURTH:
Layer them. Fill prepared forms halfway up with match dough.
Add a layer of sweet beans.
Fill more match dough into the form.
Top them of with some sweet beans.
STEAM THEM:
Steam them. Steam them for 15 minutes.
Make sure to wrap the lid with a kitchen towel so no water will be dropping on to the cakes.
SERVE THEM.
Serve it right away with coffee or your favorite tea. You can store them in an airtight container.
