Prepare. Separate eggs.
Line 4 small loaf pans with parchment paper.
Preheat oven to 300°F.
SECOND:
Mix and add. Place room temperature, soft butter and confectioners sugar in a medium bowl.
Beat it until creamy using a hand mixer or a stand mixer.
Scrape it few times.
Add one egg yolk at a time.
Beat it well.
THIRD:
Shift and mix. Shift flour, baking powder and matcha into the egg yolk mixture.
Mix it with low speed.
Scrape it few times.
FOURTH:
Beat and fold. Beat egg white in a separate bowl until stiff peak.
Add egg white to egg yolk mixture little by little.
Gently fold it with a spatula until all comes together.
BAKE THEM.
Pour and bake. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pans.
Bake it about 40 minutes.
Insert a skewer in the middle of the bread when it comes out clean it’s done.
Let cool on rack.
SERVE IT:
Serve it. Sprinkle matcha powder on the top of the cake.
Serve with your favorite tea.
