Prepare. In a medium sauce pan mix together the milk, whipping cream, sugar, vanilla extract, salt.
Sprinkle gelatin over it.
Let sit for one minute.
SECOND:
Whisk it. Turn on the heat - medium low.
Whisk it until gelatin and sugar dissolved.
Turn off the heat and let cool off.
Add the sour cream, keep whisking until smooth.
THIRD:
Pour and cool. Pour the milk mixture equally into the glasses.
Put them into the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or until set.
FORTH:
Make the sauce and serve. When the panna cotta is set and ready to serve, make the sauce.
In a small saucepan add the mix berries, sugar, lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat about 3-5 minutes or until syrupy.
Pour the warm mix berry sauce on the top and serve right away.
EAT IT:
Eat it. Perfect for dessert after dinner. And of course for your tea time.
