    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

6 tbsp milk warm
2 1/2 tsp yeast
1/4 tbsp sugar
1 3/4 cups flour + about 1/4cup for kneading
1 tsp salt
6 egg yolks
4 tbsp butter room temperature

LET'S START:

Prepare:
Cut the butter into small cubes.
Separate eggs.
Warm the milk and add sugar, yeast.
Let it sit for a few minutes.

SECOND:

Combine it.
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine them with your hands.

THIRD:

Knead and rest.
Put dough onto a flat floured surface.
Knead it with your hand.
Add more flour till it is no longer sticky.
Make it to a smooth, round ball.

Put dough in lightly oiled bowl and turn the dough to coat.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Let rise for 2 hours in a warm, draft free area.
Dough should double in size.

USE IT:

Use it.
Put dough onto a flat floured surface roll it to rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
You can use it for any kind of pâté, like vegetable pâté.
