Prepare: Cut the butter into small cubes.
Separate eggs.
Warm the milk and add sugar, yeast.

Add more flour till it is no longer sticky.
Make it to a smooth, round ball.
Put dough in lightly oiled bowl and turn the dough to coat.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
Let rise for 2 hours in a warm, draft free area.
Dough should double in size.
USE IT:
Use it. Put dough onto a flat floured surface roll it to rectangle 1/4 inch thick.
You can use it for any kind of pâté, like vegetable pâté.
