Prepare. Place all the ingredients into stand mixer using paddle attachment.
Mix it with medium speed until all come together
SECOND:
Knead it more. Take out the dough onto lightly floured countertop, knead it until firm dough.
THIRD:
Let it rise. Put the dough back into the bowl.
Coat the dough and bowl with olive oil.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Let it rise in a warm draft free area for 90 minutes.
FORTH:
Shape it. Preheat oven 425°F.
Cut the dough in half.
Make a plat round shape on a lightly floured baking sheet.
You will have 2 round pizzas.
BAKE IT!
Bake it. The pizza dough is ready for your toppings.
You can put tomato sauce, any vegetables you like and cheese on the top.
Bake it for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
