    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

1 tbsp vinegar
1 cup milk minus 1 tbsp
1/2 cup rye flour
1/4 cup corn meal
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup raisins
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1 egg

LET'S START:

Prepare.
Line a 9 x9inch pan with parchment paper.
In a measuring cup put 1 tbsp vinegar.
Add milk till it reaches one cup.
Let it sit for 5 minutes so it clutters. It's now buttermilk.
Preheat oven to 350°F.

SECOND:

Whisk it.
Place rye flour, corn meal, whole wheat flour, baking soda, raisins and salt in a small bowl.
Whisk it well and set aside.

THIRD:

Whisk and mix it.
Place sugar, oil, honey, egg, milk in a large bowl whisk it until smooth.

FOURTH:

Combine it.
Add the flour mixture to the milk egg mixture.
Mix it well.

BAKE IT!

Bake it.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake it for 25-30 minutes.
Insert a skewer in the middle of the bread when it comes out clean it’s done.

Take out from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes.
