Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
For Crumbs:
3/4 cup
flour
or whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup
rolled oats
1/4 cup
brown sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
pinch
salt
8 tbsp
unsalted butter
plus more for grease
For Filling:
2 1/2 cup
raspberries
1/4 cup
brown sugar
1 1/2 tbsp
cornstarch

LET'S START:
Prepare.
Grease the 9 inch baking dish with butter.
Cut 8 tbsp of butter in small cubes.
SECOND:
Make crumbs.
Place flour, rolled oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt in a medium bowl.
Mix it with your hands.
Add butter.
Press the butter to make coarse crumbs.
Transfer to refrigerator until use.
THIRD:
Prepare filling.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the raspberries, sugar, corn starch in a bowl.
Toss it together with your hands.
Pour the raspberries mixture into the prepared baking dish.
BAKE IT.
Bake it.
Remove crumbs from the refrigerator.
Pour them over the top of raspberries.
Bake it for 30 minutes.
SERVE THEM.
Serve it.
Serve it warm.
Great with ice cream or whipped cream.
