5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
pinch salt
1 tbsp cognac
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup flour
2 cups raspberriesor any kind of berries
Prepare. Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.
SECOND:
Mix it. Place eggs and sugar in a medium bowl.
Mix with mixer until blended.
THIRD:
Add and mix it. Add salt, cognac, heavy cream, milk and vanilla extract.
Continue to mix it with low speed.
Add flour and mix just to combine.
FOURTH:
Sieve it. Sieve mixture into the prepared baking pan.
BAKE IT:
Bake it. Arrange all the berries in a single layer.
Bake it for 40-50 minutes or until gold brown on the edges and jiggly in the middle.
Cool on a rack.
SERVE IT:
Serve it. Serve it at room temperature along with your favorite tea.
