    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup canola oil
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lemon zest
1 cup frozen raspberry
1 tbsp brown sugar You may not need all of it.

LET'S START:

Prepare:
Grease the muffin pan with butter/flour.
Zest one lemon.

SECOND:

Mix it.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Medium bowl:
Place whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt, in a medium bowl.
Whisk it.

Large bowl:
Place oil, honey, sugar, eggs in a large bowl whisk it, add sour cream, lemon zest.
Mix it well.

THIRD:

Combine it.
Add half of flour mixture into the large bowl.
Mix it.
Add second half.
Mix it more.
Gently fold in raspberries with a spatula.

BAKE THEM.

Scoop and bake them.
Scoop the batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle sugar on the top.

Bake them for 15-20 minutes or insert a toothpick if comes clean it’s done.

Take them out and let them cool in the muffin pan.

SERVE THEM.

Serve them.
Serve them for breakfast or your teatime along with your favorite tea.
