Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
8 tbsp
unsalted butter
room temperature
2/3 cup
brown sugar
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla extract
pinch
salt
1 cup
milk
2 cups
flour
1 tsp
baking soda
2 1/2 cup
fresh rhubarb
chopped
Sprinkle on top:
4 tbsp
brown sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon

LET'S START:
Prepare.
Line a 9x13 cake pan with parchment paper.
Chop rhubarb
Preheat oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Beat it.
Place room temperature butter, brown sugar in a medium bow.
Beat it with a hand mixer until combined.
THIRD:
Add more.
Add egg, vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
Continue beating it until well blended.
FOURTH:
Shift and combine.
Shift flour, baking soda into egg mixture.
Combine it with a spatula.
Add milk.
Stir it until smooth batter.
FIFTH:
Add and fold.
Add rhubarb.
And just fold it.
BAKE IT!
Pour and bake it.
Pour the batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Or insert a skewer in the middle, when it comes out clean the cake is done.
SERVE IT.
Serve it with your favorite tea.
