Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
2
egg yolks
1/2 tsp
vanilla
1/2 tsp
lemon juice
1 tbsp
flour
4
egg whites
2 tbsp
sugar
pinch
salt
confectioners sugar
to serve

LET'S START:
Prepare.
Separate eggs.
Grease the baking dish with butter.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
SECOND:
Whisk it.
Place egg yolk, vanilla extract and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
Whisk it.
Add flour.
Whisk it again.
THIRD:
Beat them.
Add sugar and salt to the egg whites.
Beat them until stiff peak.
FOURTH:
Add and fold.
Add 1/3 of egg white into the egg yolk mixture.
Gently combine it.
Add rest of the egg white and gently fold it.
BAKE IT:
Pour and bake.
Pour the batter into baking dish.
Bake it for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
SERVE IT:
Serve it right away.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top.
Serve immediately.
