Prepare: Dissolve 1/2 tbsp sea salt or kosher salt in 1/4 cup water.
Set aside.
SECOND:
Mix: Place whole wheat flour, seeds, salt, brown sugar in a large bowl.
Add canola oil.
Mix it well with your clean hand.
THIRD:
Add and mix: Add milk little by little.
Mix it with your hands till all comes together.
If it’s too dry add milk, if it’s too sticky add flour. Make it to a firm ball.
FOURTH:
Knead it: Put dough onto a flat floured surface.
Knead it for 4 minutes.
Make it to a ball.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel.
Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
FIFTH:
Shape them: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll it to a rectangle-ish shape, 1/8 inch thick.
Cut it in to diamond shape.
First cut it vertical about 1 inches apart, then cut diagonal lines.
BAKE THEM!
Brush and bake. Place them on two parchment paper lined baking sheets.
Brush the crackers with the prepared salted water wash.
Sprinkel some sesame seeds over them. optional
Bake them for 10 minutes
Then rotate the baking sheets top and bottom.
Bake for another 10 minutes or until golden brown.
