1 cup red shiso or green shiso
1 garlic clovepreferably homegrown
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
3 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cup good olive oil
few grinds salt and pepper

LET'S START:
Place shiso, garlic, sunflower seeds, cheese in a food processor.
Process it until all blended.
SECOND:
Blend it. Add olive oil, salt and pepper.
Blend for a few seconds.
