Prepare: Butter and line with parchment paper a 6 inch cake pan.
Separate eggs.
SECOND:
Mix and beat it: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place cream cheese, heavy cream, 4 tbsp sugar, egg yolk, corn starch, lemon juice, in a large bowl.
Beat it until creamy with a magic stick.
THIRD:
Beat it: In another bowl add egg whites, 4 tbsp sugar.
Beat it using a hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
BAKE IT!
Pour and bake it. Add egg white to the cheese mixture by just folding it in.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake it for 45 minutes.
Cake is ready when you insert a skewer in the middle of the cake and it comes out clean.
SERVE IT.
