Apple Cake
Ingredients
YOU WILL NEED:
2 cups
whole wheat flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
baking soda
1/8 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
8 tbsp
butter
room temperature
1/2 cup
brown sugar
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla extract
3
apples
2/3 cup
milk
1/2 cup
walnuts

LET'S START:
Prepare:
Peel, core and cut apples into cubes.
Line 9x 13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
SECOND:
Whisk it:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Whisk it until all combined.
Set aside.
THIRD:
Mix it:
Place butter and sugar in a stand mixer bowl.
Beat it until blended.
FOURTH:
Add eggs:
Add one egg at a time.
Beat it.
Keep beating and add vanilla extract.
FIFTH:
Add and combine:
Lower the speed.
Add half of flour mixture and all the milk.
Just combined it.
Turn off the mixer.
SIXTH:
Add and fold:
Add rest of the flour, chopped apples and walnuts.
Just fold it gently with a spatula.
BAKE IT!
Pour and bake.
Pour batter into the prepared pan.
Bake it about 25-30 minuets.
Insert a tooth pick in a middle when comes out clean it’s done.
Take out from the oven and let it cool in the pan.
SERVE IT.
Enjoy with coffee or your favorite tea.
