2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch salt
1/3 cup brown sugar
5 tbsp unsalted buttermelted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed winter squash such as butternut or kabocha
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raisin
Whisk and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl place whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt.
Whisk it and set a side.
SECOND:
Whisk it. In a large bowl place brown sugar and add the melted butter.
Whisk it.
Add eggs and keep whisking.
THIRD:
Add more and stir. Add vanilla extract, milk and mashed winter squash.
Stir it.
FOURTH:
Add and fold. Add the prepared flour mixture.
Fold it using spatula.
Add walnuts and raisin.
Fold it again.
BAKE THEM:
Bake it. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake it for 60 minutes.
Insert a skewer in the middle of the bread when it comes out clean it’s done.
Take it out from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
