    Ingredients

YOU WILL NEED:

2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of salt
1 cup graded zucchini
1/2 cup walnuts

LET'S START:

  • zucchinibread

Prepare.
Line a 8 1/2 inch loaf pan with a parchment paper.
Grade zucchini.
Preheat oven to 350°F.

SECOND:

  • zucchinibread

Add and mix.
Place eggs, vanilla extract, oil, sugar in a large bowl.
Mix it well.

THIRD:

  • zucchinibread

Add and mix more.
Add whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and salt.
Mix it well.

FOURTH:

  • zucchinibread

Add and fold.
Add graded zucchini and walnuts.
Just fold together with spatula.

BAKE IT:

  • zucchinibread

Pour and bake.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Bake it for 30-40 minutes.
Insert toothpick in the middle of the bread, when comes clean it’s done.

Take out from the oven and leave it in the loaf pan for 10 minutes.
Then take the bread out of the loaf pan and let it cool on a rack.

SERVE IT:

  • zucchinibread

Serve it.
Enjoy with your favorite tea or coffee
